Common questions

I'm not receiving emails

Check your spam/junk folder. Our emails come from noreply@scamallteoir.app. If you use Microsoft 365, check your quarantine. If emails still don't arrive, contact us and we'll investigate.

My costs look wrong

We pull data from AWS Cost Explorer and Azure Cost Management. These figures can differ from your invoice due to credits, taxes, and timing. See Understanding Your Bill for details.

I need to change my email address

Email us from your current address and let us know the new one. We'll update it for you.

I want to delete my account

Email us at support@scamallteoir.app and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days (or immediately on request).

I have a feature request

We'd genuinely like to hear it. Email us. We're a small team and we read everything.
